|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept Credit Card payment through Sagepay/Paypal. Payment is taken at time of ordering.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us immediately and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
|Shipping And Handling Delivery is charged at the published rate for the UK mainland only. Other areas a surcharge may apply please call for a quote. Deliveries to the UK are made using a next working day service. You will be advised of any delay or if the item is not available.|
|Delivery Schedule Where possible, we will always ship orders the next working day after they are received if the item is in stock.|
Currently demand is very high for our products. Please read the important announcement on our home page when we are exhibiting at a Motorcycle Show. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for items that are not in stock. We will endeavour to inform you if there will be any delays with your delivery. However if you require your order for a specific date, we recommend emailing or telephoning us to check if the item is in stock and if it is possible to meet your required date.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Please note delivery times are subject to adverse weather conditions. An external courier is used so we can not be held responsible for delays in transit.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. However if you are ordering from Guernsey or Jersey our website will defalt to charge you VAT. To avoid this charge we recommend you telephone your order through to us by calling 01933 274323.|
|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are entered directly onto the Sagepay/Paypal secure payment page, we do not receive or hold your card details.|

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it (at the customers expense) within 7 working days beginning with the day after receipt and we will refund your money, providing it is in its original packaging with any accessories, unsoiled and unused.

It must be returned to us for inspection before it is replaced or a refund is issued. We will reimburse postage charges for justified claims subject to receipt of the goods in the original packaging and including any accessories. Proof of postage charges incurred will be required. In the event the claim is not accepted, we will advise you of the reason in writing and, if required, the goods will be returned to the customer.
All products are covered by a 12 month guarantee from the date of receipt, provided they are used in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and in a manner that is considered to be for the purpose for which it is designed. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Where a manufacturer's guarantee is offered with any product or individual component, it is additional to this guarantee. During the period of guarantee, subject to the conditions above, products will be repaired free of charge for both parts and labour.

The data normally consists of: product information, transactional information, fraud checking information, name, address, phone number, email, special delivery instructions and potentially other information to ensure the successful completion of your order. During the check process we do ask for feedback to know how you found our website so that we know if our marketing is successful. There are questions which are optional, and you are not obliged to answer.
You are welcome to send us photographs of your products and we will always ask your permission to share them on our website or social media sites before doing so. You have the right to ask us to remove the photos if you should change your mind. Sending us photographs is your choice.
We may hold notes of our communication with you through different channels including, but not limited to: email, phone, Facebook messenger and Instagram.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of return. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
